Today, while cleaning my old almirah, I found treasures I didn't even realize I had kept - A fragile file with more than 100+ speeches I delivered during school assemblies. Pages that carried my voice, my confidence, my creativity. Suddenly, I was back in those mornings when I wasn't just the "academic topper," but also the voice of my school & college: Representing at state-level debates, declamations, and quizzes. Anchoring countless events with confidence. Leading pledges for hundreds of students. Pouring creativity into every project, no matter how small. And then another memory surfaced - 70+ registers I had filled while preparing for JEE. Each page was a testament to my discipline and determination. That effort led me to become the district topper in Class 12th and secure an excellent JEE rank. Looking at all this, I realized I wasn't just a student - I was an all-rounder, a creator, a leader, and a dreamer. Somewhere along the way, with adulting and responsibilities, those hobbies and sparks faded. But holding those old files reminded me: I can be that person again. The creativity isn't gone - it's waiting to be rediscovered. Even in my professional journey, I've always chosen dedication to work I love rather than just what I'm supposed to do. And now, I want to bring back the part of me that thrived on originality, passion, and expression...
Excited to share that I've officially earned my AI Empowered SAFe® Scrum Master from SAFe by Scaled Agile, Inc. This milestone has been a journey of learning how to guide teams beyond the sprint cycle - into the rhythm of alignment and collaboration that comes alive during PI Planning. For me, this certification isn't just a badge - it's a commitment to helping teams deliver value, embrace continuous improvement, and orchestrate success across the enterprise. The SAFe framework has transformed how I approach agile leadership, enabling me to facilitate better planning, improve team synchronization, and drive organizational agility. Thanks to upGrad KnowledgeHut for making this journey impactful. This achievement represents my dedication to staying at the forefront of agile methodologies and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance team productivity and outcomes. The journey has taught me the importance of scaling agile practices effectively, understanding the nuances of program increment planning, and building alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders...
Reflecting on the journey of leading agile teams and building a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Over the years, I've learned that true agility isn't just about following frameworks - it's about creating an environment where teams can experiment, learn, and grow together. The most successful transformations happen when we focus on people first, processes second, and tools third. Building trust, fostering open communication, and celebrating both successes and failures as learning opportunities are the cornerstones of effective agile leadership. As a Scrum Master, I've witnessed how the right mindset can transform entire organizations, breaking down silos and creating cross-functional teams that deliver exceptional value. The key is to start small, demonstrate value, and let success stories spread organically throughout the organization. Every retrospective, every sprint planning session, and every daily stand-up is an opportunity to strengthen team bonds and improve our ways of working. It's about creating psychological safety where team members feel empowered to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and take calculated risks...
For months, our retros were quiet. Polite nods. Silent Zoom screens. "Everything's fine." But I knew we weren't tapping into the real gold - the feelings behind the work. So one day, I tried something different. Instead of sticking to the usual "What went well / What didn't," I opened Miro's Islands of Golocans template - and told a story. Not a status update. A real story. Something shifted. The team leaned in. They started to share - not numbers, but emotions. We talked about joy, confusion, pride, and moments that truly mattered. Then I added something small but powerful - an Appreciation Corner. Each person had to give one shoutout. "Thanks, Tanya!" "Great job, Dev team!" And that one small ritual changed everything. Smiles. Energy. Ownership. The vibe of the room was different. Now, they don't wait for retros to end — they wait for them to begin. Each one starts with a story, a theme, a spark. It's not just a meeting anymore - it's a moment of connection. Because retrospectives aren't meetings. They're moments. Moments to pause, feel, and grow - together...
Sharing my latest thoughts and experiences on Agile transformation, team collaboration, and driving business outcomes. In today's rapidly changing business landscape, agility isn't optional - it's essential. Through my journey as a Scrum Master, I've discovered that the most successful teams are those that embrace change, learn continuously, and maintain a growth mindset. Effective agile leadership requires balancing structure with flexibility, providing clear direction while empowering teams to make decisions. The key is creating psychological safety where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas, raising concerns, and challenging the status quo. Regular retrospectives, transparent communication, and celebrating small wins build momentum and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Whether you're just starting your agile journey or looking to scale agile practices across your organization, remember that transformation is a marathon, not a sprint. Focus on building strong relationships, demonstrating value incrementally, and adapting your approach based on what you learn along the way. The journey requires patience, persistence, and a willingness to learn from both successes and failures...
Sharing insights on fostering effective team collaboration, building trust, and creating environments where teams can thrive and deliver exceptional results. Great teams don't happen by accident - they're built intentionally through consistent effort, clear communication, and shared purpose. As a Scrum Master, I've learned that the foundation of high-performing teams lies in psychological safety. When team members feel safe to express ideas, admit mistakes, and ask questions without fear of judgment, innovation flourishes. Building this trust requires active listening, empathy, and creating space for every voice to be heard. Regular one-on-ones, team building activities, and celebrating both individual and collective achievements strengthen bonds and create a sense of belonging. Effective collaboration also means breaking down silos, encouraging cross-functional learning, and recognizing that diverse perspectives lead to better solutions. Remember, as leaders, our role isn't to have all the answers, but to create an environment where the team can discover them together. The best teams are those where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their unique strengths. It's about creating a culture where feedback is welcomed, mistakes are learning opportunities, and everyone is committed to collective success...

"I had the pleasure of working with Anamika in the ProQ – Purchasing project, where I served as Chief of Scrum Masters with responsibilities similar to a Release Train Engineer (SAFe). In this setup, Anamika took on the role of Scrum Master for three teams, Kanban lead for one team, and additionally supported with PMO responsibilities. She impressed me with how quickly she mastered different agile methods such as Scrum@Scale and Kanban, and how effectively she applied them in a complex project setup. As a Scrum Master, she facilitated all ceremonies – including retrospectives – with great structure and empathy, ensuring that teams were engaged, motivated, and continuously improving. What I appreciate most about her is her reliability, empathy, and solution-oriented mindset. She always managed to balance team dynamics with delivery focus, and her contribution was key to keeping the teams aligned and productive. I can highly recommend Anamika to any organization looking for a strong Scrum Master or Agile professional who brings both deep methodology knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills."
